Unitree’s G1 humanoid robots have officially landed a cooler gig than most humans: backup dancer for pop superstar Wang Leehom’s “Best Place Tour”. The army of robots performed synchronized moves, including front flips, during a recent concert in Chengdu, China. Apparently, the next phase of agile robotics involves nailing stage choreography, putting a whole new generation of performers on notice.
