The team from the Beijing Institute for General Artificial Intelligence (BIGAI) just took first place at the IROS 2025 Robot Dance Competition, and frankly, human dancers should be worried. Their robot, likely a souped-up Unitree H1, flawlessly executes a routine with kip-ups, cartwheels, and even tai chi, which is more athletic than most of our editorial staff combined. It’s official: the robot uprising will be choreographed.
