Just when you thought your job was safe, Deep Robotics’ DR02 humanoid is now practicing for the robot fire drill, apparently. This latest upgrade shows the bot jogging up stairs with a fire extinguisher, a clear flex of its enhanced 20kg carrying capacity and all-weather, IP66-rated chassis. It’s a bold attempt to prove humanoids are ready to graduate from flashy tech demos to actually being useful in an emergency, or at least not tripping over the welcome mat.
