In the latest episode of “Is This The Future or Just a Publicity Stunt?”, football icon David Beckham faced off against his newest competitor: the Agibot A3 humanoid robot. The promotional event at the Lenovo World Cup Carnival showcased the robot’s surprisingly nimble footwork, which is apparently good enough to impress one of the world’s most famous athletes. There’s no word yet on whether the A3 has been signed for the next World Cup, but its agents are probably fielding calls as we speak.
